Formed in 1995 and hailing from the Eastern Townships, this group performs festive and timeless tunes from New Orleans. Their lively rhythms will transport you, put a smile on your face, and have you tapping your feet. Stanley Lake on trumpet; Sylvie Goupil on clarinet; Chris Barr on trombone; Claude Prud’homme on banjo; and Michael Hynes on piano reinterpret this vast repertoire, unafraid to venture off the beaten path and even to add original compositions.
