Homebrew Dixieland Band is a group of musicians from the Eastern Townships, formed in 1995, who offer festive, timeless tunes. The Dixie style of jazz music was developed in the city of New Orleans in the early 20th century, and spread to Chicago and New York by New Orleans bands in the 1910s.

With their lively rhythms, they’ll make you travel back in time, smile and get your feet tapping!

The band reinterprets the vast Dixie repertoire, not afraid to go off the beaten track and even add original compositions and collective improvisation.
