    Formed in 1995 and hailing from the Eastern Townships, this group performs festive and timeless tunes from New Orleans. Their lively rhythms will transport you, make you smile, and have you tapping your feet.

    The Lauriane Morel and Ben Gilbert duo plays a wide range of music, mostly from the jazz repertoire in a compact and intimate format. Lauriane's impressive ability to sing beautifully while playing stand-up bass simultaneously fills out both the low and higher melodic sonic realms, while Ben's lush chordal guitar accompaniment and virtuosic solos fill the music out perfectly. Come for old classics, interesting arrangements of newer tunes, and perhaps a few surprises.
