Ben Gilbert & Lauriane MorelThe Lauriane Morel and Ben Gilbert duo plays a wide range of music, mostly from the jazz repertoire in a compact and intimate format. Lauriane's impressive ability to sing beautifully while playing stand-up bass simultaneously fills out both the low and higher melodic sonic realms, while Ben's lush chordal guitar accompaniment and virtuosic solos fill the music out perfectly. Come for old classics, interesting arrangements of newer tunes, and perhaps a few surprises.
